- Ruize Man Added January 10, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My friend got stuck in the car wash and no one came out after the alarm going off for 10 minutes til she went out from the back door. The response she received from the day manager on 21 Dec was quite disappointing - they were doing nothing but blaming everything on the customer soon as it happened. Also there was no way to talk to the customer service directly?? We just want a reasonable explanation of the case and it was never possible. :(
